COVID-19 Update

For your safety we have made changes to the way that we operate, in line with Government guidelines.

Sales

Our Sales Team are here and working hard, they will be able available on the phone, email and webchat if you have any questions and can send bespoke videos if you wish to get a feel for the vehicle you are interested in.

Cars are available to be reserved online by placing a deposit, if you have any queries or questions we are of course here to help.  Deposits can also be taken via BACS payment to our bank account.

Our Used stock is available to view online here 

Vehicles are safety handed over in our click and collect area, and communication for the handover will be made over the phone prior to the collection date.

Aftersales

Our Aftersales/Service Department is Fully Open as per Government guidance.

If you have a booking it will be going ahead, if you need to amend your booking or need to discuss it in any way please call 01462 490049 and ask for the Service Department.  if any issues are raised during the work being undertaken we will of course make contact with you.

Should you have any concerns about your vehicle, we are here and happy to help.

We would like to reassure you that our premises are COVID secure and have been risk assessed certificated by the Independent Garage Association.  

At the Dealership:

Please make a prior appointment to visit. At the moment Government guidance means our shop and showroom are closed spaces.

We will meet and greet you, discuss details and handover etc in our outside areas.  Keeping both staff and customers safe.

Please wear a face covering at all times whilst visiting us. Hand sanitiser is available at our Sanitisation Station by the front shop door. 

Regrettably, we can currently only accept card or BACS payment to ensure our team are not required to handle cash to minimise COVID-19 transmission risk.

All vehicles will be fully sanitised before handover, including using our home delivery service. This applies to both our Sales and Service Departments.
